Registration/Check-In
When you first arrive, please come to Children’s Check In located in the main lobby.
If this is your first time visiting Stones Crossing Church, we ask you to fill out a brief Guest Check In Form. Your family will receive a temporary ID number and your children will be assigned to classrooms based on ages and developmental stages. You and your children will then be escorted to their classrooms by a campus guide. The next time you visit Stones Crossing Church; we will pull your completed form and quickly check in your children.
Once your family has visited a few times, you will be given the opportunity to fill out a Family Enrollment form. This form gives your family a permanent ID number and puts your children on the classroom roster. You will receive a permanent family ID tag that fits easily on your keychain. Your permanent ID number will allow you to check your children in at the Children’s Check In computers which will print out their name tags each week. Once they are checked in, you can take your children to their classrooms.
You will be required to present your ID tag when you pick up your children to ensure no one picks them up without permission. In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your tag number will be posted on the screen in the auditorium.
Our goal in following this strict check-in process is to provide the safest environment for your children while in our care.
Teachers will be prepared to check your children into their classrooms 15 minutes before the start of the service.
